CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on April 1, 2018, and ends on June 30, 2018. (“Contest Period”). All entries must be received on or before the time stated. Cafe 16 Inc. reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Spend $20.00 or more (before taxes) at Cafe 16 Inc.
2. Receive one entry per $20.00 spent.
3. Post on social media (Instagram or Facebook) to receive a bonus entry.

WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be randomly chosen on Sunday, July 1, 2018. They will be contacted via the email or phone number submitted during entry registration. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her email and phone for prize notification. If a potential prize-winner cannot be reached by Cafe 16 Inc. by Saturday, July 7, 2018, 11:59 PM MST, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Cafe 16 Inc. will then draw another winner.

PRIZES
There will be three (3) prizes available to be won: one (1) $500.00 airfare voucher from Keynote Travel, one (1) Canon Rebel T6 DSLR Camera, one (1) Canon Rebel T6 DSLR Camera. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of greater or equivalent monetary value if the Prize, or part thereof, cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Any other costs or expenses associated with the Prize not specified herein will be the responsibility of the selected winner.

GENERAL RULES
Each prize claim is subject to verification by Cafe 16 Inc. Entries made with multiple addresses, under multiple identities, or through the use of any device or artifice to enter multiple times or entries that are in excess of the permitted number of entries during the Contest period are automatically void. All Contest entries obtained through unauthorized sources or which are incomplete, illegible, mutilated, altered, reproduced, forged, irregular or fraudulent in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules are automatically void. Cafe 16 Inc. will be the sole and final reference source in validating a prize claim.

By participating, each participant and selected winner agrees: (a) to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Cafe 16 Inc., and (b) to release and hold harmless Cafe 16 Inc., and their respective directors, officers, and employees, from any and all liability for claims/damages including, but not limited to, claims/damages for personal injury, for property damage with respect to acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the prizes or participation in the Contest.

Cafe 16 Inc. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Contest, at its sole discretion, in the event of a technical failure, computer virus or bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or any other occurrence or cause beyond its control that corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness or normal operation of the Contest.

Under no circumstances will Cafe 16 Inc., and their respective owners, managers, and employees be required to award more prizes than what is indicated in these rules or award the prizes other than in accordance with these Rules.

The Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and local laws, as well as the rules adopted in view of said laws. The personal information provided to enter the Contest will be used only to administer the Contest, and for no other reason.
